  • Remaining 50% due after designs are approved
  • Full balance due by event date

Cancellation Policy

  • 24 hours after final payment to cancel for refund
  • After 24 hours, all payments non-refundable
  • Retainer fees non-refundable at all times

  • Signed service agreement before event setup
  • No date held without contract + retainer
  • Booking confirms agreement to all policies
